This dealership is a shining star. Everyone I have ever encountered treats you like family. The sales manager Rodney was very accommodating and helped make the transaction nice and smooth. Our sales consultant Michael was very knowledgeable and patient. He even sat in the car with me to go over all of the features. Before I drove away he made sure I had things set up the way I wanted them. David in Finance had us in in out in no time. It is very obvious the new ownership at this dealership has taken great care to make sure not only the Nissan name is being held to a high standard but that their team and customers are treated like real family.

Nissan of Annapolis has been amazing to work with on the purchase of our new Nissan Ariya. Ms. Kathy, Jose, and Rodney all worked with us to ensure a smooth process. Even when hiccups occured they kept us informed and worked it out. Our last Nissan experience had us about to give up on Nissan but they have allowed for a second chance. Highly recommend!

Despite some major challenges in the buying process (outside of theirs or my control), Rodney and Jose were a polite, accommodating, and professional throughout the whole process, and I would definitely recommend Annapolis Nissan if you’re looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle!

I had a bad service experience at another dealership and after coming here for service, I met Zeke, and he is the best. I keep coming back because of Zeke and now as a result of his customer service, I have bought cars and am getting ready to purchase another. My experience with the Nissan dealership on Saturday, 25 March 2023. I was planning to visit several dealers from different make cars. I scheduled a meeting the day before for a test drive at the Laurel, Maryland dealership and was told by the sales rep, the vehicle would be waiting for me. When I arrived, they informed me, the vehicle was sold and they didn't have one in stock for me to drive. They never offered me option other then to sell me one by Wed 29 March in order to meet the special finance deal. Before leaving, I called the Annapolis Nissan dealer and a sale rep name Mike Federici answered the phone. He confirmed they had the make/model/trim vehicle and that it would be waiting for me when I arrived at the time I gave him. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was in fact waiting for me and Mike quickly made a copy of my drivers license and allowed me to test drive the Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Trim. Unfortunately, we didn't like the passenger seat functions on the Rock Creek and were prepared to leave for the Honda dealer to test drive the Honda Pilot Trailsport trim. Mike offered us to test drive the Pathfinder Platinum trim, so we did. The sales manager in training Ashley extended a welcome and asked us if we needed anything and to let her know how she could be of assistance. When we returned from the test drive, we talked with Ashley and the store Manager Rodney about pricing. After negotiating back and forth and them assuring us they would work with us, we agreed to some numbers. I left the dealership for the Honda dealer to test drive the Pilot. During dinner, I had several text message exchanges with Rodney from Nissan and I agreed to return to the store to take one more look at the car. By the end of the evening, I decided to purchase the Nissan Pathfinder from the Annapolis store. Rodney and his team were extremely pleasant to deal with and they were very professional and courteous during the entire process. My wife and I went home that evening with our new car which we plan to ride into retirement with in 3 years! Thank you Nissan, Rodney, Ashley and Mike for your support during the process. The entire transaction of trading in and purchasing my new 2022 Nissan Versa SR was flawless. My interaction with Donny Lord, my direct Sales Consultant, with Sales Managers Rodney Mattison and James Walker, and then with Sales Consultant Josh Hurst, was extremely positive. Being in Consumer Loan Servicing for over 15 years dealership horror stories are the normal things I hear about when handling member concerns. Not here at all! Our interactions with the team were extremely positive and professional. Marissa our sales associate was outstanding. Truly made this process just a pleasurable experience all the way around. Rodney the sales manager took care of all of our concerns, provided a very fair trade in value for our car and honored the price online of the used car we found. Faruq made sure we were taken care of while we waited for a quick repair on our used car purchase and allowed us to try the newest electric Nissan. It was a really neat car to use for a quick trip to grab dinner. You should check it out. Financing was really quick and all ready to go without any issues. No pressure for add on products which really impressed me. All around the team at Annapolis Nissan are outstanding and I 100% recommend this dealership and the experience to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marissa Ortiz, Chuck Thompson and Rodney Mattison during my car-buying experience, and I must say, Marissa’s customer service was exceptional. She exhibited great patience, persistence, and interacted with me in a way that made the process enjoyable. While she was somewhat pushy, her dedication to ensuring I got the right car in great condition was evident. Overall, I appreciate her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you Chuck for aiming to serve me with the best deal possible out in the market with all amenities included. Let me start off by saying that buying a new vehicle is a big deal for me. I have three autoimmune diseases and one neurological disorder, and there aren't many vehicles that I am physically comfortable riding in or driving. I also do not have much patience for the entire car buying process, as my ex was a car dealership's Finance Director for many years, so I know a lot of the ins and outs of the industry. I had to lead with the above in my review in order to convey how absolutely fantastic my recent experience with Annapolis Nissan was. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I could tell this place was different. It had a great vibe, familial in nature, and all of the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. The first employee I met was the General Sales Manager, Rodney. As soon as I explained my physical needs, as well as my financial goals, to him, he clearly indicated that he understood and promptly introduced me to my Sales Consultant, Jon, and off we all went to the lot. The very first vehicle that Rodney chose to show me proves 100% that he was actively listening to every condition/need that I had. Imagine conveying your complex needs to a salesperson, and they actually listen the first time around! Both Rodney and Jon did an excellent job explaining the vehicle itself, and my test drive with Jon was comfortable and easy. I knew immediately that this car, a Nissan Rogue Platinum, was the one for me! It had every modern modification and/or luxury that I personally needed in order to be more comfortable while driving, except for a chauffeur of course. The zero gravity seats alone are a game changer for both my Lupus and Rheumatoid disease. But, my many years of previous car buying experience told me not to get too excited just yet. Turns out, I needn't have worried because Rodney had listened to me from the very beginning. There wasn't anything in the negotiations or deal that wasn't related to something I had asked for, or that I felt pushed to purchase or agree to. He not only listened, he delivered. Next up was Financing, where I met Chuck, and I could already tell just upon meeting him that my perfect experience was going to continue. He was so personable and explained everything in easily understandable verbiage, making that part of the process another total breeze. After that gorgeous pearl white Rogue was officially mine, Jon transferred my license plates over, helped me transfer my personal items from my trade-in to the new car, and showed me all the inner workings of my new Rogue. He was great - thorough and friendly - allowing me to drive away in it with confidence. Annapolis Nissan has something very special going on in their dealership, and it shows. I can honestly say that there was no part of the process with them that I did not enjoy or found to be tiresome. I am looking forward to seeing how the Service side works as well once my vehicle actually needs service, but I am very confident that my interactions with them will be just as flawless. I could not be any happier with the deal, and the vehicle, that I got, and as a result, have already referred several friends of mine who are in the market for a new vehicle.

They had a vehicle I was interested in, but unfortunately, they are not local to me. For two weeks, Marissa was very responsive and never gave up on me. I was finally able to make the trip, but time was not on my side and put me there 20 minutes before they closed... literally... and on a Friday night! Marissa, Chuck, and Rodney went to work, and I was heading home in my new ride a little over an hour later. Very positive experience. Thanks, guys!

The Only Dealership around DC Worth the Drive - ESPECIALLY for an Ariya EV. There are 2 types of people who buy cars: the ones who go in to browse, and the ones who already know what they want. There are also 2 types of sales departments: the ones who refuse to give you any info over the phone so you come in, and the ones who just tell you what you need to know. I knew I wanted an EV, and contacted Ford, Lexus, Nissan and Toyota dealers. Rodney was the only Sales Manager between DC, Frederick, and Baltimore who was willing to give me all the numbers I needed over the phone, and without pulling teeth. Hearing “it’s easier to go over pricing in person” makes ZERO sense if I tell you I live over an hour away Rodney even came down on the price 2 days later (again, over the phone) because he knew I was driving past other Nissan dealers to get to his and wanted the process to be efficient. We set up all numbers before I got there so I could get right into the car and go for a test drive when I arrived. This is reason #1 to choose Annapolis Nissan. When I arrived I met Claire, who truly knew her stuff about the 2023 Ariya Evolve+ AWD. My husband and I have bought 4 plug-ins in the last 6 years. Every single time the sales reps had to either get a manual or ask someone else to answer our questions, but not with Claire! She was far and away the most knowledgeable salesperson about EVs in general. Coming from a Prius Prime, there is so much more usable space and the finishes do not feel cheap or plastic. Claire took time to point out the mechanical points and differences we needed to know. It was because of her that I felt comfortable making the switch from PHEV to a full EV. If you’re nervous, talk to Claire! Reason #2 to choose Annapolis Nissan. On the drive home my husband fell in love with the Ariya. We originally wanted to keep at least 1 hybrid for longer trips, but before we even get home he decides he wants one for himself. Unfortunately the 1 Ariya left in Annapolis was Northern Lights - it can look straight up purple, green, or black, depending on the angle - a very love it or hate it paint job(see photo). My husband wanted to go to a closer dealer that had a black Ariya, but wasn’t happy with the sales rep over the phone - just give us the price, I beg of you Cars are a huge expense and I don’t believe in giving a sale to a mediocre rep just because they’re close by. Incredibly happy with my purchase, I explain all this to Rodney and Claire. They’re eager to work with us again and negotiate so my husband can live with driving a multicolored car. Reason #3 to choose Annapolis Nissan. I tell my husband to leave the other dealership and we go back to Annapolis, buying 2 Ariyas in 2 days. I know most places are willing to negotiate to close a sale but honestly, the customer service at this place was top notch from the very first touch point. Annapolis Nissan was up front with me over the phone, didn’t try to give us the run around, and put us with an experienced EV sales rep. If you’re looking for an EV don’t bother with anyone else around Maryland, just make the drive to Annapolis Nissan, it’s worth it!

I purchased a 2022 Nissan Versa last week through Claire. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. The response time via text on questions prior to visiting was immediate and the cars I wanted to see were pulled up to the front when I arrived. Claire was extremely knowledgeable & accommodating. I also had the pleasure to speak with the Sales Manager Rodney and work with Chuck on the financial aspect. This car buying experience exceeded all of my expectations

I bought my brand new 23 Frontier from here. I love my truck and the staff. Rodney in sales helped me get a great deal. Zeek, Jen and Ken are all wonderful service writers everytime I come in for my oil changes, brake jobs, etc (its a year old with 78k miles now). Kelley and Taylor in parts are also so helpful when I need to get something whether it be my all weather floor mats or a key fob batt. Or a new rear diff (that's covered under my EXTENDED warranty, get it trust me). I've also had the pleasure of meeting the guy who usually works on my truck in the shop, Cole. Every single person I encounter at Annapolis Nissan is absolutely amazing and so helpful, that's why I will continue to purchase and drive Nissans from Annapolis. I've also never had any issues but if you do the service boss, Steve is second to none when it comes to getting stuff done. Thanks for all you guys do!

Ask for Claire—she’s awesome! I submitted a request for info through the website on a Sunday evening and Claire called me the next morning. She is very responsive, knowledgable, and helpful! We had a good test drive; Claire knows a lot about the vehicles she sells. She ensured my concerns were addressed and answered all my questions. She also brought out snacks while I was waiting my turn with finance—very thoughtful as it was dinner time. Rodney was also friendly and helpful during my visit, and Chuck in finance was great, showing me all my options and closing the purchase to my satisfaction. One week later, and I was back with Claire to put the new tags on my vehicle. She also helped me figure out some of the features—I left extremely happy once again. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was wonderful and showed great customer service. Go see Claire, you will not be disappointed!
