Recently purchased a Pathfinder. The sale consultant was Claire Schumacher and she was awesome. She spent plenty of time going over the details of the truck and was very knowledgeable. She was very easy to relate with and I would recommend her highly. I have only had the vehicle for a week and I absolutely love it thus far!!

Ask for Claire—she’s awesome! I submitted a request for info through the website on a Sunday evening and Claire called me the next morning. She is very responsive, knowledgable, and helpful! We had a good test drive; Claire knows a lot about the vehicles she sells. She ensured my concerns were addressed and answered all my questions. She also brought out snacks while I was waiting my turn with finance—very thoughtful as it was dinner time. Rodney was also friendly and helpful during my visit, and Chuck in finance was great, showing me all my options and closing the purchase to my satisfaction. One week later, and I was back with Claire to put the new tags on my vehicle. She also helped me figure out some of the features—I left extremely happy once again. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was wonderful and showed great customer service. Go see Claire, you will not be disappointed!

I just recently bought 2022 Honda Accord Sport hybrid, Marissa Ortiz assisted me with the purchase. Marissa answered all my questions applied no pressure, wonderful salesmanship. I was then handed off to finance where Jose Hernandez did a wonderful job of making the numbers work an informing me of some options but applying no pressure. I specifically received a lot of guidance from Claire, Vinny, Jose, and a few other people (unfortunately didn’t catch their names) along the way. They definitely try to make the process as quick and easy as possibly for the customer. The dealership itself is also very welcoming and well maintained- there are always snacks and refreshments, a great seating area, and something entertaining always playing on the TV. I bought my brand new 23 Frontier from here. I love my truck and the staff. Rodney in sales helped me get a great deal. Zeek, Jen and Ken are all wonderful service writers everytime I come in for my oil changes, brake jobs, etc (its a year old with 78k miles now). Kelley and Taylor in parts are also so helpful when I need to get something whether it be my all weather floor mats or a key fob batt. Or a new rear diff (that's covered under my EXTENDED warranty, get it trust me). I've also had the pleasure of meeting the guy who usually works on my truck in the shop, Cole. Every single person I encounter at Annapolis Nissan is absolutely amazing and so helpful, that's why I will continue to purchase and drive Nissans from Annapolis. I've also never had any issues but if you do the service boss, Steve is second to none when it comes to getting stuff done. Thanks for all you guys do!

Chuck and Denise both provided excellent customer service to assist with my purchase/financing as much as possible! All questions were asked and nothing was left out! They were very efficient and accurate!

A pleasant car buying experience. The saleslady Denise is pleasant demeanor and worked with my wife and I. Denise worked with her manager Bill in satisfying our inquiry and our demands. Found some minor flaws with the vehicle and they worked with us to address them to our satisfaction. If you've done your research and knows the vehicle and its pricing, Annapolis Nissan's Denise and Bill will be straight forward with you and not jerk you around. That was our experience.

Josh was great. This is the second car we bought from him.. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the finance rate of 7%. We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%. But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service with my Nissan Rogue. Thanks again for you help this week with a Loaner and fixing my SUV's Truck closure issue!! I know of no other dealership in the Annapolis/DMV that would help me as much as these owners "truly" care about Customer Satisfaction. Plan to purchase another SUV with them again!!!!
