As always, everyone is super friendly, they say hi and shake my hand, always a nice greeting and i even got a compliment from Marissa telling me my outfit was nice! You know every girl likes to hear that. Everyone is very personable and I never feel like I ask too many questions. The whole team is knowledgeable on all the vehicles and they always make sure I leave happy and with what I want! I would even say the staff is so nice and cool, I would hang out with them on a personal level. Great people and great service. I never thought I would be that person that goes to the same dealer everytime but that has changed and im definitely sticking with Nissan of Annapolis.
I posted an earlier review that Google will not let me delete. I was frustrated because of some misunderstanding. Annapolis Nissan did everything they could to make it right. I greatly appreciate everything they did to completely change my opinion. I will definitely work with them again!

I am highly impressed by the the timely service’s exceptional advise provided by Ken Miller at Bayside Nissan Annapolis he was able to help me my car was done with parts ordered on time, my car is now 12 years old needed tie rods , front control arms Ken ordered parts help coordinate service was able to get the service done in one day, they provided shuttle to my office to pick me up above all I got great deal in price I was treated with respect truly recommend Ken service adviser kudos to him and his team

Josh was great. This is the second car we bought from him.. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the finance rate of 7%. We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%. But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now

The Owners of Annapolis Nissan are exceptional! ! Greg and his son, Vincent, always take care of me immediately when I happen to have issues. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service with my Nissan Rogue. Thanks again for you help this week with a Loaner and fixing my SUV's Truck closure issue!! I know of no other dealership in the Annapolis/DMV that would help me as much as these owners "truly" care about Customer Satisfaction. Plan to purchase another SUV with them again!!!!
