I was very concerned about a problem I was having with my Nissan Rogue; they checked my car out right away, and resolved my problem quickly! My experience with Jeymei was nothing but positive. When I first came for my test drive, her customer service was outstanding. Ultimately, my positive experience with her lead me to purchase my car from Annapolis Nissan. She was right on point whenever I had a question or needed information. Jose, the manager was also very instrumental in helping me get financing and gave great customer service as well.

I purchased my Nissan Rogue a few days ago, and I love the car. The best part was the car purchase experience. It was so different from the hustle bustle that I used to know. Salesman Garret was easy to talk to. He did not make me feel rushed. In fact, I felt like I was being help, which quite frankly is what every buyer’s experience should be. Keep it up!!

Recently purchased a Pathfinder. The sale consultant was Claire Schumacher and she was awesome. She spent plenty of time going over the details of the truck and was very knowledgeable. She was very easy to relate with and I would recommend her highly. I have only had the vehicle for a week and I absolutely love it thus far!!

Ask for Claire—she’s awesome! I submitted a request for info through the website on a Sunday evening and Claire called me the next morning. She is very responsive, knowledgable, and helpful! We had a good test drive; Claire knows a lot about the vehicles she sells. She ensured my concerns were addressed and answered all my questions. She also brought out snacks while I was waiting my turn with finance—very thoughtful as it was dinner time. Rodney was also friendly and helpful during my visit, and Chuck in finance was great, showing me all my options and closing the purchase to my satisfaction. One week later, and I was back with Claire to put the new tags on my vehicle. She also helped me figure out some of the features—I left extremely happy once again. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was wonderful and showed great customer service. Go see Claire, you will not be disappointed!

Josh was great. This is the second car we bought from him.. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the finance rate of 7%. We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%. But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now
