Marissa was patient and efficient during the whole process. Completing the process with the Finance Manager, Chuck explained every detail and option to us and made us feel comfortable signing. Everyone we encountered in the dealership was friendly and we hope to bring our son back later this year for his first car purchase!

We recently traded in our VW Atlas for a 2017 Nissan truck. We had other options for the trade such as carvana and carmax. But thought the dealer would be better. Two weeks after the purchase the heater stopped working. Took it back and they fixed it without charging us. The warranty did not include heaters and they really didn't have to extend us that courtesy. I am sure Carvana and carmax would not have.

I bought a used truck back in September during their labor day sale. I came back in to take advantage of a free oil change I was given on the day of sale and was told the coupon had expired. Like a good consumer, I left. 5 minutes later the manager called me, apologized and said they would honor the coupon. When I got back, one of the owners greeted me and apologized for their first response and thanked me for the business. Maybe customer service is still alive in America. Well done Annapolis Nissan.

Great to work with, answered all my questions, helped me to decide, even when dealing with another dealership. Made sure I was comparing apples to apples with models and warrantys. First time buying a car online, John Fish and Jose showed great customer service.

Marrissa Ortiz was outstanding as well as Chuck Thompson. I would recommend both of them.

Josh was great. This is the second car we bought from him.. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the finance rate of 7%. We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%. But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now

I know of no other dealership in the Annapolis/DMV that would help me as much as these owners "truly" care about Customer Satisfaction. Plan to purchase another SUV with them again!!!!

Josh was great. This is the second car we bought from him.. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the finance rate of 7%. We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%. But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now
