Service coordinator Katie, is always expedient and professional, and goes above and beyond. Shuttle service with Mr. Ellis is always great too!

Mr. Ellis was super nice and professional; he greeted me upon my arrival and shared a nice conversation as I waited to be seen. Jen was awesome!! She was very informative from the start of making my appointment until the time I picked my car up after the service. You can tell she knows her stuf; she was extremely professional and has a friendly personality.

The staff at Bayside Nissan is amazing!! Kaitlynne, Anthony, Mr. Ellis and Dakari were all wonderful!!! Kaitlynne and Anthony kept me updated throughout the process. Mr. Ellis and Dakari are both so very pleasant!! They made my shuttle ride very pleasurable!! I will definitely continue to take my car to Bayside Nissan for service!!!!
