Ken Miller is an excellent service rep. The dealership is fine --- even though my radio has been cutting out for hours or days since i got it in March. . I've taken it there twice already and asked them to fix it, but they say they can't find the problem.

Went in today for oil change. Ken was my advisor and I also consulted with Jen. Ken offered me great suggestions, understood my needs and my willingness to not do things I don't need. He took great care of me and got me in and out really fast! While waiting in the break room, snacking and drinking coffee, I had an interaction with Jen over some body work I needed done. She gave me great suggestions and really took care of me, great voice, attitude and charisma! Overall, Ken and Jen made my experience at the dealership fantastic! Can't wait to go back! Marco
