I always have a great experience when I have my vehicle serviced at Bayside Nissan. Katie and Katrina are both amazing, professional, thorough, super sweet and are always on top of things. Them girls get it done! Today I needed shuttle service for the first time and I had the pleasure of Ellis shuttling me to my job. He was the nicest, kindest, most humbling person and I felt like I’ve known him forever. He chatted with me and even asked when he dropped me off what time I got off work, I told him 4:30 and he said he’s normally not there after 4 but he was gonna make sure I got picked up and he’d be there. He was there when I exited my job and asked me how my day was, chatted with me some more and shared some positivity with me. I felt so humbled and he made my whole day with his bright, positive attitude and kind demeanor. Thank you Ellis for your kind words, you never know what someone else is going through, (I was very stressed and he noticed that and told me he wanted to help put some light in my day) , it makes a difference! You are a true asset to Nissan!!

The customer service I received from Katie and Katrina was A1 service! They listen to my concerns and Katie explained everything so I didn't have to stress anymore. So thankful for their wonderful customer service at this location! I will be back!
