I went to Annapolis Nissan to check out the 2025 year end clearance models. I was met at the door by a very enthusiastic salesman Mr. Ahmer Ilyas. (What a true gentleman.) He happily showed me the two cars I was interested in and went over in detail the features. He was pleasant to have on the test drive giving little personal details along the way and making sure to ask me about myself and my needs. Once I decided to move forward to discussing numbers his manager Rodney introduced himself while Ahmer made sure I knew where the rest room and waiting area for snacks and beverages were and offered to get me whatever I would like. While some people expect these things.. not all dealerships or salesmen show up in this way. I had been to a few before this and not a peep. And at least not with the energy Ahmer has to make you feel right at home. I appreciate that. Once a deal had been reached I met Jose the finance manager and Joel the director. Joel did pop in during negotiations to introduce himself and he was so very relatable as he had also experienced a similar financial situation such as myself. When I say these group of men went above and beyond to help me - it is an understatement. They patiently waited until I had Trustee approval and even allowed me to bring the car home to surprise my daughter having complete faith I would be approved. Even my daughter enjoyed Ahmer's zestful energy as she went to the dealership to have the tags put on recently. I look forward to the level of care they continue to show now that the purchase has been made. I have no doubt I'll be hearing from Ahmer as he even mentioned he would be sending a gift card for a restaurant for me and my daughter to enjoy and celebrate this purchase. Would I do business with them again - 100% and I have told my friends and family about this special group of men! Go see Ahmer - you will leave feeling like he went to work for YOU! Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. This was our first time at Annapolis Nissan as we were purchasing out of state, and we were very impressed with everyone at the deanship! I returned the following day as my son received our 2021 Rogue when we purchased our new Rogue. It needed a front License plate holder, we asked Rodney for assistance and he was so very helpful, took to the parts department, introduced us to the young man there who was extremely helpful. our whole experience was outstanding.

BEST experience ever when purchasing a vehicle❣️ I am a 70 year old woman never thinking I would have to purchase a car and dreaded the thought however when I called Annapolis Nissan dealership I spoke to the General Manager, Bill. Bill said they did have the vehicle I was interested in purchasing in stock and invited me to stop by when it was convenient for me. I went there asking for Bill who introduced me to Jose who assisted me. Jose was one of the salesman but also the finance guy who had just been promoted. I never felt pressured by Bill or Jose to purchase a vehicle and both were professional and truly interested in what I wanted and needed. HIGHLY recommend this dealership and cannot say enough about the service and experience I received not to mention, I absolutely LOVE my Rogue. Thank you !!

Wonderful car buying experience! Jose was my sales consultant that helped me find my Murano and I love it! I never felt pressured or overwhelmed as I often do at car dealerships. The finance director Kathy was very thorough and took her time ensure that I was comfortable and covered.
