The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They made me and my mom feel like home. So caring, so understanding of our needs. We purchased 2 cars from Nissan, our salesperson Jose Hernandez is the best and his Spanish was very helpful when communicating with my mom. Unlike other dealerships we felt under no pressure to make the purchase and that is exactly why we purchased the 2 Nissan Rogue here at Annapolis Nissan. The owner and finance person were so helpful and made us feel like family. The cars were in perfect condition, shiny and very clean! Thank you Annapolis Nissan. BEST experience ever when purchasing a vehicle?? I am a 70 year old woman never thinking I would have to purchase a car and dreaded the thought however when I called Annapolis Nissan dealership I spoke to the General Manager, Bill. Bill said they did have the vehicle I was interested in purchasing in stock and invited me to stop by when it was convenient for me. I went there asking for Bill who introduced me to Jose who assisted me. Jose was one of the salesman but also the finance guy who had just been promoted. I never felt pressured by Bill or Jose to purchase a vehicle and both were professional and truly interested in what I wanted and needed. HIGHLY recommend this dealership and cannot say enough about the service and experience I received not to mention, I absolutely LOVE my Rogue. Thank you !!
