I started this process with Greg , the owner around August 10th. By that Saturday, I was in a brand new car. Greg actually held a car for me which went well above and beyond. When I first arrived at Annapolis Nissan, within seconds Marisa greeted me with a huge smile and as soon as I walked in, the whole staff greeted me the same way. I then saw Luciano, who in my opinion was so knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue and the in's and outs of it, he might as well built it! He gave me an unbelievable inservice on the car. So I would not be waiting around, Kathy in Finance, took time on her Saturday and did an amazing job explaining in detail all paperwork I was signing. I cannot say one bad thing about each and every employee at Annapolis Nissan!

Rodney and James were exceptional at their jobs as Sales Managers. Josh was an amazing sales person and was extremely knowledgeable on the Rogue that I purchased. The new owners Vinnie and Greg were a pleasure to meet as well!

The Owners of Annapolis Nissan are exceptional! ! Greg and his son, Vincent, always take care of me immediately when I happen to have issues. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service with my Nissan Rogue. Thanks again for you help this week with a Loaner and fixing my SUV's Truck closure issue!! I know of no other dealership in the Annapolis/DMV that would help me as much as these owners "truly" care about Customer Satisfaction. Plan to purchase another SUV with them again!!!!
