Purchased a used 2011 Nissan Xterra in great condition at a good price. I'm out of state so wanted to make sure it was worth a trip. Was sent Carfax report immediately upon request; arranged a LemonSquad pre-purchase inspection with no problem. Settled on a price with Claire S. via email contingent on my personal inspection and test drive. The transaction went very smoothly. Claire even drove me back to the dealer from dropping off my rental car. Loving the vehicle.

We purchased our Nissan Pathfinder in September 2024. Claire was with us every step of the way and was both patient and supportive. Because it’s new technology we did have a few questions. On one occasion we were out of state and there was a tech challenge that we did not know how to solve, I sent a video to Claire who came back with the solution. In all my years of car shopping, Claire has been the most detailed car sales rep I have ever worked with. She was patient, courteous, and kindly walked me through all the features in my new vehicle without the feeling of being rushed or pressured. Additionally, our finance rep (unfortunately can't recall her name, but she was a caucasian female), also did a phenomenal job. She was super friendly to our son, and she explained all of the service packages in great detail.
