Management Vinny, followed everything that we agreed on. Ordered the car that I wanted, price matched to an exact car on the lot just not the color I wanted. Steven provided weekly updates on the arrival. On the day that I purchased the car, Mike filled in for Steven until he got back, Mike was extremely patient, bc we did look at other cars and test drove before making the final decision. Kathy in financing was great to work with. Across the board, it was a great experience, worth the wait, and would like to conduct business again in the future!

Wonderful car buying experience! Jose was my sales consultant that helped me find my Murano and I love it! I never felt pressured or overwhelmed as I often do at car dealerships. The finance director Kathy was very thorough and took her time ensure that I was comfortable and covered. Annapolis Nissan provided excellent customer service and met my requirements during my latest purchase. Claire (Sales) had been working with me for several months to find the Z I wanted and is truly knowledgeable of the products she is selling. She guided me through the process and made it nearly effortless on my part. Chuck (Finance) worked with me to meet my goals and even found a slightly better rate than what I had when I walked into his office. Went to look at a used Infiniti QX80 ended up purchasing a 2020 Certified Pre-owned Armada instead. Had a lot to do with the very helpful saleswoman Claire. She knew the vehicles very well and was low pressure and very accomadating. The other staff from the sales manager to Chuck the finance guy were great. I would highly recommend.

That was not at all my experience at Annapolis Nissan! Marissa listened to my needs, showed me only exactly what I asked to see, and got the purchase done quickly. With the help of the sales manager, Rodney, and then Chuck in finance I cannot say enough about how easy and comfortable this transaction was. I highly recommend this dealership! Marissa is knowledgeable and explained the different trim levels and features. Chuck worked really hard to get the finance portion in the right price range. I ended up leaving with a car better than I went in to look at and felt it was an upgrade from my trade in. Extremely professional and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
