Went in there a couple of weeks ago and could not have been more impressed with the dealership and the employees. Bill Morgenstern, was more than professional and so helpful in helping us to find a car. Once we found our perfect car, we then went in with the financing team and they were so easy to work with and fast. We were in and out with no problems, no worries and a great experience. A pleasant car buying experience. The saleslady Denise is pleasant demeanor and worked with my wife and I. Denise worked with her manager Bill in satisfying our inquiry and our demands. Found some minor flaws with the vehicle and they worked with us to address them to our satisfaction. If you've done your research and knows the vehicle and its pricing, Annapolis Nissan's Denise and Bill will be straight forward with you and not jerk you around. That was our experience.
