I love the service department at this location. Avis is super knowledgeable and friendly. My oil changes are always done accurately and efficiently. In addition to the Top Tier Customer Service they even have coffee, tea, cocoa and an assortment of snacks for my enjoyment while I wait! Always a 10/10 experience

Jen, Avis and there is a gentleman whom I forgot his name but he for sure knows who he is (the NAILS ❤️) are just a dream team! SO professional and makes your service appointment feel so personal although there is a lack of privacy to discuss. Thank you for ALL that you do! It doesn’t go unnoticed! Very professional and super quick on fixing my Vehicle , Annapolis Nissan was very informative about the issue with my vehicle. The technician was very detailed and very knowledgeable. Avis the service advisor was excellent. She kept my updated from when my vehicle was there until I picked my vehicle up.

Great service! The service that I had was amazing. Avis was very friendly and polite. They were honest with me about what service was needed and what wasn’t, which for me says a lot about a dealer because I always feel like they just want more money. It was nice to know they weren’t only about that. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!
