Josh was great. This is the second car we bought from him.. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the finance rate of 7%. We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%. But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now

I always enjoy my experience at the Bayside Nissan service department. There staff are friendly and courteous. The waiting area is attractive and comfortable. Best of all, the repair work is excellent and competitively priced. I really appreciate that staff take the time to review thoroughly any additional recommended work without pressuring customers to accept it.

Always a positive experience
Really great dealership. Originally bought our Sentra from here brand new a few years sgo before we traded it in elsewhere recently for a larger vehicle, a Pathfinder. Brought our Pathfinder here for a headlight replacement and the staff were all really nice and professional. The job was done quickly and the price was honestly reasonable for the part and labor. I will be having a tune up here on my Pathfinder soon and I'm sure that will also go smoothly. In a few years when I get something new, I will definitely come back here. I recommend them.

I could say so much about them. But I'll just share the basics. I purchased a car from Auto Giant in Marlow Heights, MD December 2018 and I sold it to Carvana December 2021. I'm warning everyone, STAY AWAY FROM THEM (auto giant) so you don't get what I got. They are so bad that they are COVID19 themselves. But Bayside Nissan, they are thee absolute best. I came here and they were super good to me. I had an amazing experience. I will go here again. My Sales Rep was Ashlee Golden and she is fabulous. I will even have them do my maintenance
Honestly the experience I had with Bayside Nissan of Annapolis exceeded all my expectations!! Josh H was the best !! I explained my situation to him, and he made it work!! He was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted and it literally took less than 24hours for everything!! But the Generosity did stop with him, when I got to the dealership to pick my vehicle up … the entire staff was really nice and helpful!! They even accommodated my toddler with some markers and coloring book pages to keep her busy while mommy handled business. I pretty much was in and out and drove off the lot a very happy customer !! 5 stars all across the board and I highly recommend this location !!

I recently purchased a 2022 Sentra from Bayside Nissan of Annapolis. While they did not have any of the models I came there for in stock on the day I first got there (specifically the 2022 Versa, Sentra, and Altima), my salesperson, Ashlee, was very helpful, and let me view a used 2019 Sentra model that was on the lot, as it was as close as possible to one of the options I was looking for. This helped give me a good idea of what I could expect from a 2022 version, and helped convince me to commit to the Sentra over other options I had been considering. Her and the other staff at the dealership were very knowledgeable, and answered any question I had about features, cost, warranties, and availability of each model. When I asked about financing the purchase through Nissan, they initially gave me the highest APR out of any financing institution I had inquired with at 5.7% APR, but upon purchase, they were able to bring it down to 3.8%, which was the lowest percentage I had gotten from anyone, which I greatly appreciated. My greatest concern about purchasing the car was the deadline I was given to decide on it. After putting down a deposit for the ability to check out and test drive the car before anyone else, I was told I only had until the next day, or maybe only the morning of the day after that, to decide to buy the car; otherwise, they would sell it to someone else. I was told that the car would arrive at the dealership within a week or two, but it ended up arriving in two days, during which time I didn't have chance to research warranties or the features of the car on my own. I understand that new inventory is difficult to find for the entire auto industry right now; other dealerships gave me that same limited-time stipulation for deciding to buy a car. However, giving me so little time to decide and do my own research, and having to rely on only the dealership staff's words, felt manipulative to me, in that I wasn't allowed to take my time to make an informed decision to make such a large purchase, and instead had to gamble on it being a good decision, else the staff would sell the car to someone else immediately. Adding to this was the fact that a separate salesperson seemed somewhat resistant to the idea that I'd want to contact my family to get their opinions on the car and its warranty options. They seemed insistent on selling the car the day I was first able to see it, despite my indicating that I simply couldn't do so without talking to my family first. With that said, I still appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff at this dealership were. Another salesperson, Amy, was incredibly patient with me, answering every question I had about the warranty options over hours of discussion, and was open about what each one would cover and how useful each would be in the long run. Both Ashlee and Amy also answered any questions I had about the features of the Sentra, and the other staff at the location also would answer any questions that I had, or add additional info to any that Ashlee and Amy provided. Overall, I had a very good experience at this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car, and the entire staff treated me respectfully and made me feel welcome. Despite a small amount of pushiness, I was comfortable purchasing a car with them, and so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

After having a rough experience with another Nissan dealership yesterday I called bayside Nissan to check availability on a new 2022 Altima. I was greeted over the phone by Ryan and he encouraged me to come down and check one out that they had on their lot. After that first dealership experience I did not have high hopes I’d be able to find what I needed in my price range. Upon entering the dealership I was directed to Donald to continue the journey. Donald understood my needs and realized I was ready to buy fast so with his and Ryan’s help we found the $ number we needed and got the ball rolling. We then went into the finance room with Amy and it was quick and easy 10 minute meeting that in my experience can take up to an hour. All said and done I was in and out of the dealership with a new car at the right price in about an hour 45 which was AMAZING. Top to bottom this staff blew me away and I look forward to recommending Bayside to friends and family for years to come. Thanks guys!

I took my 2018 Rogue in to service, they always do a great job. I ended up trading it in for a 2021 Morano. I will always deal with Bayside as they are very professional and I have never had an issue. The staff that is managed by Dennis is top notch. Ryan the sales manager is the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with. Ryan does not have No in his vocabulary; he will go out of his way to make sure your experience is top notch. I will always buy from the team at Bayside; you will not be disappointed with Ryan and his team! I give them a 10!!

Safe to say nothing has changed and I received great service as well with the purchase of my truck. I recently spent the past month looking for a car for my Son who just received his learners permit. We stopped in to Bayside and Donald Lord greeted us in a very professional manor. I explained what I was looking for and what my price range was and he shared with me a vehicle that might fit our needs. Well it did! We came back the next day and started the paperwork to lock in the truck. They were busy and Mr. Roman jumped in and helped Donald with paperwork, and then Amy (finance person) jumped in and it was seamless! The teamwork was transparent. I have identical twin boys that are 13 and you better believe instead of driving around to all the other dealers, I will go directly to Bayside Nissan first! Thanks to everyone at Bayside.

The Service Department is top notch, I've never had any issues in dealing wit them. Service writers never try to sell unnecessary work and my car is always done when promised. Zeek is my go to person but everyone in the department is always helpful.

The entire service department has a welcoming atmosphere, they take a personalized approach to each customer, genuinely listen and address the issues. Always a great experience knowing that they only suggest repairs that are needed and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Even when it was not obvious what was causing the issue they kept digging till they found it and fixed it. Highly recommend.

When I originally purchased my vehicle in Texas, I immediately ran into a warranty issue with my instrument cluster—the display began delaminating after briefly rolling my window down in the rain. I dealt with two different dealerships trying to resolve it, but never got anywhere before relocating. After moving to the area, I found Annapolis Nissan, and the difference was night and day. Not only did they take my issue seriously, but they fully resolved it in about two months. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle to help speed up the process while waiting on parts. A huge thank you to Jennifer, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience. She checked in with me every week, kept me updated, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. This level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from the entire team. Highly recommend!

I want to highlight Advisor Jennifer K in service.. She’s wonderful, always warm and inviting. I was very upset about a very bad experience I had with Mr. Tire . I was frustrated and very overwhelmed. I explained to Jen what happened. And needed Nissan to look over my car . She took care of my appointment and transportation to and from work . Showed empathy and compassion in the moment . I went in to Nissan upset , overwhelmed and a little stressed . Jen’s bubbly personality and great customer made everything better . Nissan looked over my car brakes and suspension . I got my brakes done the same week . The techs did a great job . I’ve been going to Mr Tire for the last past few years . And that was a major mistake. Too much to type . But visiting Nissan again this week reminded me of what GREAT customer service looked like . Even down to the Shuttle drivers . And what accurate car repair felt like . My Nissan has been great to me . And if I want it to continue being great . I know Nissan service is the best choice . Customer service like Jen’s is what I needed in that moment. Grateful!

I went to Annapolis Nissan to check out the 2025 year end clearance models. I was met at the door by a very enthusiastic salesman Mr. Ahmer Ilyas. (What a true gentleman.) He happily showed me the two cars I was interested in and went over in detail the features. He was pleasant to have on the test drive giving little personal details along the way and making sure to ask me about myself and my needs. Once I decided to move forward to discussing numbers his manager Rodney introduced himself while Ahmer made sure I knew where the rest room and waiting area for snacks and beverages were and offered to get me whatever I would like. While some people expect these things.. not all dealerships or salesmen show up in this way. I had been to a few before this and not a peep. And at least not with the energy Ahmer has to make you feel right at home. I appreciate that. Once a deal had been reached I met Jose the finance manager and Joel the director. Joel did pop in during negotiations to introduce himself and he was so very relatable as he had also experienced a similar financial situation such as myself. When I say these group of men went above and beyond to help me - it is an understatement. They patiently waited until I had Trustee approval and even allowed me to bring the car home to surprise my daughter having complete faith I would be approved. Even my daughter enjoyed Ahmer's zestful energy as she went to the dealership to have the tags put on recently. I look forward to the level of care they continue to show now that the purchase has been made. I have no doubt I'll be hearing from Ahmer as he even mentioned he would be sending a gift card for a restaurant for me and my daughter to enjoy and celebrate this purchase. This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. My service was completed within the time Ms. Jennifer suggested.

I purchased a car on Dec. 1, 2025, and I was promised a new owner's manual, and I have not received it. It was supposed to be mailed but never received. I went there on 12/24/25 and it was there. They wanted to give it to me via email, and I said no. Very unhappy about this experience. Rich Kemp was my salesperson, and I was not happy at all. I like the car but an owner's manual is necessary so I can understand the key features of the car. Finally received an owner's manual after writing a letter to the manager of Annapolis Nissan he called when he received the letter and ordered an owner's manual and it arrived last Friday thank you

Rodney was great at keeping us informed on the process and explaining how the completion of the sale would go. Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. I returned the following day as my son received our 2021 Rogue when we purchased our new Rogue. This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. My service was completed within the time Ms. Jennifer suggested.

Ken Miller is an excellent service rep. The dealership is fine --- even though my radio has been cutting out for hours or days since i got it in March. . I've taken it there twice already and asked them to fix it, but they say they can't find the problem.
