The parts department is on their A game. I had a few pictures of a connector I needed for a customers Rogue. Showed them a few pics of the connector and within a minute or 2 they had what I needed. Any time I call them they are on their A game. It's the reason we use them for any and all Nissan parts we need. You want a top notch parts department...... then you need to contact this parts department.

I've been a customer at the Nissan dealership is Annapolis for 8 years when it was called Bayside Nissan. With new ownership the dealership is called Annapolis Nissan. The customer service has always been excellent. I have a standing relationship with the customer service specialist, Zeek. Zeek always provides excellent customer service, he's professional, friendly, kind, very knowledgeable about autmobiles, and always educates me on what to be aware of to maintain my automobile needs. I never feel hassled or forced to pay for a service. On my previous visit I spoke with Zeek about issues with my tires. He sent the truck back for an inspection, the results were one of my tires had lost a lot of thread and needed to be addressed before any future issues occurred. Zeek said there was no visible damage to the tire and recommended putting air in the tire periodically and monitor any leakage of air. Zeek also informed me of the promotion to by 3 tires and get the forth for $1. Additionally he provided another option to buy two new tires instead of a full set because my other tires were still in good condition. He also recommended a great brand tire for my truck, along with the total cost for all new tires and an alignment. I was very please with his service. I told Zeek I would think about it and he gladly accepted my response with no hassle. After the mechanics filled up the bad tire to 45, I noticed in a day in a half of driving that the tire pressure went down to 29 while the other tires remained at a consistent 38. I called Zeek, made an appointment and decided to purchase all new tires and keep the 3 good tires. I could have taken Zeek's recommendation to purchase just two but I have an AWD vehicle and I didn't want to risk any issues with the mechanics of the vehicle. I am very pleased and relieved to have new tires. The prices and customer service at Annapolis Nissan is a 10 out of 10. They have a great team at Annapolis Nissan and they care about you as a person and the quality of your vehicle. I highly recommend you patronize Annapolis Nissan.

From the time I drove into the bay to check in Kenn and Dakari we ON IT! I was greeted with a smile and professionalism that was top notch. When going inside Kaitlynne was in the middle of helping a client that was not the easiest to deal with. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB. She stayed calm and spoke in matter of fact terms. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any dealership's service department. Katie Carter, our service advisor, went above and beyond to assist with a complicated auto insurance claim. She did not have to help as she did. She was friendly, honest, and extremely helpful whenever I called. She was much more honest then my insurance company was they are twisting words, taking diagnostic notes out of context, and playing the dealership vs. the auto body shop against one another to favor them as they attempt to wiggle out of paying for repairs. It came to a point where Katie had to start including me on emails that she would send to my insurance company, which, has and is proving to be helpful in my fight with them. If it wasn't for Katie, I would have been taken advantage of. In my business I wish I could have a team of Katie's. I would highly recommend going to this service department because of the top-notch service you will receive from her......sorry Katie if I indirectly increased your workload with customers calling requeating you as their service advisor.
By no means was this review as for nor did the service department know about it prior to me writing it. Hopefully this review also makes its way to her management since I am a firm believer that credit should be given when credit is due.
Had my tire popped avoiding a big pothole in the street. Although I had to wait a day to get it fixed I was informed immediately when my tire came into the shop and was helped in under 15 minutes. The customer service by Kelly and the mechanic technicians were excellent.
I recently went and got an oil change for my Subaru. Jen and Taylor were friendly the minute I walked in and were super nice when I had questions. Even though I have a Subaru, Nissan still took care of me and I will definitely be returning for service!

The entire transaction of trading in and purchasing my new 2022 Nissan Versa SR was flawless. My interaction with Donny Lord, my direct Sales Consultant, with Sales Managers Rodney Mattison and James Walker, and then with Sales Consultant Josh Hurst, was extremely positive. Everyone bent over backwards to be as helpful and responsive as possible.
I purchased a 2021 frontier, by far the best experience buying a new truck I have ever had. Your sales team is awesome. Update, I just traded my frontier in for the 2023 frontier, I couldn't be happier with the new truck as well as the entire sales team, what a joy it was buying from Bayside Nissan again.

Best of all, the repair work is excellent and competitively priced. Really great dealership. Originally bought our Sentra from here brand new a few years sgo before we traded it in elsewhere recently for a larger vehicle, a Pathfinder. Brought our Pathfinder here for a headlight replacement and the staff were all really nice and professional. The job was done quickly and the price was honestly reasonable for the part and labor. I will be having a tune up here on my Pathfinder soon and I'm sure that will also go smoothly. In a few years when I get something new, I will definitely come back here. I recommend them.

I purchased a car from Auto Giant in Marlow Heights, MD December 2018 and I sold it to Carvana December 2021. I'm warning everyone, STAY AWAY FROM THEM (auto giant) so you don't get what I got. They are so bad that they are COVID19 themselves.
But Bayside Nissan, they are thee absolute best. I came here and they were super good to me. I had an amazing experience. I will go here again. My Sales Rep was Ashlee Golden and she is fabulous. I will even have them do my maintenance
Honestly the experience I had with Bayside Nissan of Annapolis exceeded all my expectations!! Josh H was the best !! I explained my situation to him, and he made it work!! He was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted and it literally took less than 24hours for everything!! But the Generosity did stop with him, when I got to the dealership to pick my vehicle up … the entire staff was really nice and helpful!! They even accommodated my toddler with some markers and coloring book pages to keep her busy while mommy handled business. I pretty much was in and out and drove off the lot a very happy customer !! 5 stars all across the board and I highly recommend this location !!
I recently purchased a 2022 Sentra from Bayside Nissan of Annapolis. While they did not have any of the models I came there for in stock on the day I first got there (specifically the 2022 Versa, Sentra, and Altima), my salesperson, Ashlee, was very helpful, and let me view a used 2019 Sentra model that was on the lot, as it was as close as possible to one of the options I was looking for. This helped give me a good idea of what I could expect from a 2022 version, and helped convince me to commit to the Sentra over other options I had been considering. Her and the other staff at the dealership were very knowledgeable, and answered any question I had about features, cost, warranties, and availability of each model. When I asked about financing the purchase through Nissan, they initially gave me the highest APR out of any financing institution I had inquired with at 5.7% APR, but upon purchase, they were able to bring it down to 3.8%, which was the lowest percentage I had gotten from anyone, which I greatly appreciated.
My greatest concern about purchasing the car was the deadline I was given to decide on it. After putting down a deposit for the ability to check out and test drive the car before anyone else, I was told I only had until the next day, or maybe only the morning of the day after that, to decide to buy the car; otherwise, they would sell it to someone else. I was told that the car would arrive at the dealership within a week or two, but it ended up arriving in two days, during which time I didn't have chance to research warranties or the features of the car on my own. I understand that new inventory is difficult to find for the entire auto industry right now; other dealerships gave me that same limited-time stipulation for deciding to buy a car. However, giving me so little time to decide and do my own research, and having to rely on only the dealership staff's words, felt manipulative to me, in that I wasn't allowed to take my time to make an informed decision to make such a large purchase, and instead had to gamble on it being a good decision, else the staff would sell the car to someone else immediately. Adding to this was the fact that a separate salesperson seemed somewhat resistant to the idea that I'd want to contact my family to get their opinions on the car and its warranty options. They seemed insistent on selling the car the day I was first able to see it, despite my indicating that I simply couldn't do so without talking to my family first.
With that said, I still appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff at this dealership were. Another salesperson, Amy, was incredibly patient with me, answering every question I had about the warranty options over hours of discussion, and was open about what each one would cover and how useful each would be in the long run. Both Ashlee and Amy also answered any questions I had about the features of the Sentra, and the other staff at the location also would answer any questions that I had, or add additional info to any that Ashlee and Amy provided.
Overall, I had a very good experience at this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car, and the entire staff treated me respectfully and made me feel welcome. Despite a small amount of pushiness, I was comfortable purchasing a car with them, and so far I'm very happy with my purchase.
After having a rough experience with another Nissan dealership yesterday I called bayside Nissan to check availability on a new 2022 Altima. I was greeted over the phone by Ryan and he encouraged me to come down and check one out that they had on their lot. After that first dealership experience I did not have high hopes I’d be able to find what I needed in my price range. Upon entering the dealership I was directed to Donald to continue the journey. Donald understood my needs and realized I was ready to buy fast so with his and Ryan’s help we found the $ number we needed and got the ball rolling. We then went into the finance room with Amy and it was quick and easy 10 minute meeting that in my experience can take up to an hour. All said and done I was in and out of the dealership with a new car at the right price in about an hour 45 which was AMAZING. Top to bottom this staff blew me away and I look forward to recommending Bayside to friends and family for years to come. Thanks guys!

So I recently moved back to the area and I’m at the MVA in Annapolis and I realize that I didn’t get my safety inspection prior to coming to this location to register my vehicle. I showed up at the local Nissan dealer in Annapolis expecting just to jump on in and get an inspection. I was met by Avis, the service representative, who was most cordial and asked if I had an appointment, I’m like oh no do I need an appointment for an inspection? She replied yes but it’s ok! Avis quickly took care of me and advised that it could be up to two hours, which led me to Mr. Ellis Smith, the shuttle driver who promptly said he would take me home and would happily return to pick me up when my car was ready!
Needless to say, I was completely taken off guard by all of the great customer care especially because I just showed up and then from there on was treated very nicely and professionally as a Nissan customer. I’m driving my sixth Nissan going back to my 1981 Datsun 210 and I appreciated every bit of the kid gloves! Rodney was great at keeping us informed on the process and explaining how the completion of the sale would go. Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. This was our first time at Annapolis Nissan as we were purchasing out of state, and we were very impressed with everyone at the deanship! I returned the following day as my son received our 2021 Rogue when we purchased our new Rogue. It needed a front License plate holder, we asked Rodney for assistance and he was so very helpful, took to the parts department, introduced us to the young man there who was extremely helpful. our whole experience was outstanding.

She goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is receiving quality service, explains things clearly without pressure for the customer to make decisions on service add on which may not have been scheduled. This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. My service was completed within the time Ms. Jennifer suggested.

Ken Miller is an excellent service rep. The dealership is fine --- even though my radio has been cutting out for hours or days since i got it in March. . I've taken it there twice already and asked them to fix it, but they say they can't find the problem.
