This dealership is a shining star. Everyone I have ever encountered treats you like family. The sales manager Rodney was very accommodating and helped make the transaction nice and smooth. Our sales consultant Michael was very knowledgeable and patient. He even sat in the car with me to go over all of the features. Before I drove away he made sure I had things set up the way I wanted them. David in Finance had us in in out in no time. It is very obvious the new ownership at this dealership has taken great care to make sure not only the Nissan name is being held to a high standard but that their team and customers are treated like real family.

I started this process with Greg , the owner around August 10th. By that Saturday, I was in a brand new car. Greg actually held a car for me which went well above and beyond. When I first arrived at Annapolis Nissan, within seconds Marisa greeted me with a huge smile and as soon as I walked in, the whole staff greeted me the same way.
I then saw Luciano, who in my opinion was so knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue and the in's and outs of it, he might as well built it! He gave me an unbelievable inservice on the car. So I would not be waiting around, Kathy in Finance, took time on her Saturday and did an amazing job explaining in detail all paperwork I was signing. I cannot say one bad thing about each and every employee at Annapolis Nissan!
I went to Annapolis Nissan to get an oil change. Katie was helping me that day. She explained the procedure very well and went over some add on’s, so that I could choose exactly what I wanted done with my vehicle. She went over the estimated time and recommended me to schedule an appointment in the future for faster service. In all my years of car shopping, Claire has been the most detailed car sales rep I have ever worked with. She was patient, courteous, and kindly walked me through all the features in my new vehicle without the feeling of being rushed or pressured. Additionally, our finance rep (unfortunately can't recall her name, but she was a caucasian female), also did a phenomenal job. She was super friendly to our son, and she explained all of the service packages in great detail. We will highly recommend our friends and family to visit Annapolis Nissan, specifically because of the excellent customer service provided by both of these ladies.
The salesperson was knowledgeable and understanding of my price range. She knew exactly what trim level that would be and explained the features. The finance department was great as well. No wait, in and out. This was the fastest and least stressful experience, I have had with buying a car.

The parts department is on their A game. I had a few pictures of a connector I needed for a customers Rogue. Showed them a few pics of the connector and within a minute or 2 they had what I needed. Any time I call them they are on their A game. It's the reason we use them for any and all Nissan parts we need. You want a top notch parts department...... then you need to contact this parts department.

I've been a customer at the Nissan dealership is Annapolis for 8 years when it was called Bayside Nissan. With new ownership the dealership is called Annapolis Nissan. The customer service has always been excellent. I have a standing relationship with the customer service specialist, Zeek. Zeek always provides excellent customer service, he's professional, friendly, kind, very knowledgeable about autmobiles, and always educates me on what to be aware of to maintain my automobile needs. I never feel hassled or forced to pay for a service. On my previous visit I spoke with Zeek about issues with my tires. He sent the truck back for an inspection, the results were one of my tires had lost a lot of thread and needed to be addressed before any future issues occurred. Zeek said there was no visible damage to the tire and recommended putting air in the tire periodically and monitor any leakage of air. Zeek also informed me of the promotion to by 3 tires and get the forth for $1. Additionally he provided another option to buy two new tires instead of a full set because my other tires were still in good condition. He also recommended a great brand tire for my truck, along with the total cost for all new tires and an alignment. I was very please with his service. I told Zeek I would think about it and he gladly accepted my response with no hassle. After the mechanics filled up the bad tire to 45, I noticed in a day in a half of driving that the tire pressure went down to 29 while the other tires remained at a consistent 38. I called Zeek, made an appointment and decided to purchase all new tires and keep the 3 good tires. I could have taken Zeek's recommendation to purchase just two but I have an AWD vehicle and I didn't want to risk any issues with the mechanics of the vehicle. I am very pleased and relieved to have new tires. The prices and customer service at Annapolis Nissan is a 10 out of 10. They have a great team at Annapolis Nissan and they care about you as a person and the quality of your vehicle. I highly recommend you patronize Annapolis Nissan.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any dealership's service department. Katie Carter, our service advisor, went above and beyond to assist with a complicated auto insurance claim. She did not have to help as she did. She was friendly, honest, and extremely helpful whenever I called. She was much more honest then my insurance company was they are twisting words, taking diagnostic notes out of context, and playing the dealership vs. the auto body shop against one another to favor them as they attempt to wiggle out of paying for repairs. It came to a point where Katie had to start including me on emails that she would send to my insurance company, which, has and is proving to be helpful in my fight with them. If it wasn't for Katie, I would have been taken advantage of. In my business I wish I could have a team of Katie's. I would highly recommend going to this service department because of the top-notch service you will receive from her......sorry Katie if I indirectly increased your workload with customers calling requeating you as their service advisor.

Had my tire popped avoiding a big pothole in the street. Although I had to wait a day to get it fixed I was informed immediately when my tire came into the shop and was helped in under 15 minutes. The customer service by Kelly and the mechanic technicians were excellent.
I recently went and got an oil change for my Subaru. Jen and Taylor were friendly the minute I walked in and were super nice when I had questions. Even though I have a Subaru, Nissan still took care of me and I will definitely be returning for service!

I had an amazing experience with Annapolis Nissan. When I originally purchased my vehicle in Texas, I immediately ran into a warranty issue with my instrument cluster—the display began delaminating after briefly rolling my window down in the rain. I dealt with two different dealerships trying to resolve it, but never got anywhere before relocating.
After moving to the area, I found Annapolis Nissan, and the difference was night and day. Not only did they take my issue seriously, but they fully resolved it in about two months. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle to help speed up the process while waiting on parts.

I want to highlight Advisor Jennifer K in service.. She’s wonderful, always warm and inviting. I was very upset about a very bad experience I had with Mr. Tire . I was frustrated and very overwhelmed. I explained to Jen what happened. And needed Nissan to look over my car . She took care of my appointment and transportation to and from work . Showed empathy and compassion in the moment . I went in to Nissan upset , overwhelmed and a little stressed . Jen’s bubbly personality and great customer made everything better . Nissan looked over my car brakes and suspension . I got my brakes done the same week . The techs did a great job . I’ve been going to Mr Tire for the last past few years . And that was a major mistake. Too much to type . But visiting Nissan again this week reminded me of what GREAT customer service looked like . Even down to the Shuttle drivers . And what accurate car repair felt like . My Nissan has been great to me . And if I want it to continue being great . I know Nissan service is the best choice . Was sent Carfax report immediately upon request; arranged a LemonSquad pre-purchase inspection with no problem. I went to Annapolis Nissan to check out the 2025 year end clearance models. I was met at the door by a very enthusiastic salesman Mr. Ahmer Ilyas. (What a true gentleman.) He happily showed me the two cars I was interested in and went over in detail the features. He was pleasant to have on the test drive giving little personal details along the way and making sure to ask me about myself and my needs. Once I decided to move forward to discussing numbers his manager Rodney introduced himself while Ahmer made sure I knew where the rest room and waiting area for snacks and beverages were and offered to get me whatever I would like. While some people expect these things.. not all dealerships or salesmen show up in this way. I had been to a few before this and not a peep. And at least not with the energy Ahmer has to make you feel right at home. I appreciate that. Once a deal had been reached I met Jose the finance manager and Joel the director. Joel did pop in during negotiations to introduce himself and he was so very relatable as he had also experienced a similar financial situation such as myself. When I say these group of men went above and beyond to help me - it is an understatement. They patiently waited until I had Trustee approval and even allowed me to bring the car home to surprise my daughter having complete faith I would be approved. Even my daughter enjoyed Ahmer's zestful energy as she went to the dealership to have the tags put on recently. I look forward to the level of care they continue to show now that the purchase has been made. I have no doubt I'll be hearing from Ahmer as he even mentioned he would be sending a gift card for a restaurant for me and my daughter to enjoy and celebrate this purchase. Would I do business with them again - 100% and I have told my friends and family about this special group of men! Go see Ahmer - you will leave feeling like he went to work for YOU! Rodney was great at keeping us informed on the process and explaining how the completion of the sale would go. Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. This was our first time at Annapolis Nissan as we were purchasing out of state, and we were very impressed with everyone at the deanship! I returned the following day as my son received our 2021 Rogue when we purchased our new Rogue. This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. I purchased a car on Dec. 1, 2025, and I was promised a new owner's manual, and I have not received it. It was supposed to be mailed but never received. I went there on 12/24/25 and it was there. They wanted to give it to me via email, and I said no. Very unhappy about this experience. Rich Kemp was my salesperson, and I was not happy at all. I like the car but an owner's manual is necessary so I can understand the key features of the car. Finally received an owner's manual after writing a letter to the manager of Annapolis Nissan he called when he received the letter and ordered an owner's manual and it arrived last Friday thank you

Rodney was great at keeping us informed on the process and explaining how the completion of the sale would go. Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. This was our first time at Annapolis Nissan as we were purchasing out of state, and we were very impressed with everyone at the deanship! I returned the following day as my son received our 2021 Rogue when we purchased our new Rogue. It needed a front License plate holder, we asked Rodney for assistance and he was so very helpful, took to the parts department, introduced us to the young man there who was extremely helpful. our whole experience was outstanding.

This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. My service was completed within the time Ms. Jennifer suggested.

Ken Miller is an excellent service rep. The dealership is fine --- even though my radio has been cutting out for hours or days since i got it in March. . I've taken it there twice already and asked them to fix it, but they say they can't find the problem.
