So I recently moved back to the area and I’m at the MVA in Annapolis and I realize that I didn’t get my safety inspection prior to coming to this location to register my vehicle. I showed up at the local Nissan dealer in Annapolis expecting just to jump on in and get an inspection. I was met by Avis, the service representative, who was most cordial and asked if I had an appointment, I’m like oh no do I need an appointment for an inspection? She replied yes but it’s ok! Avis quickly took care of me and advised that it could be up to two hours, which led me to Mr. Ellis Smith, the shuttle driver who promptly said he would take me home and would happily return to pick me up when my car was ready!
Needless to say, I was completely taken off guard by all of the great customer care especially because I just showed up and then from there on was treated very nicely and professionally as a Nissan customer. I’m driving my sixth Nissan going back to my 1981 Datsun 210 and I appreciated every bit of the kid gloves! I rolled up, needing some obscure parts, and they not only found them, but then made sure they fit properly, and even helped me with a minor installment aspect. Had oil change & tire rotation. Ralph Curtis took swift and great care of my vehicle. BUT, what was really fantastic was that I have been to the MDOT at least 5 times since June to try to re-register my car from my deceased husband's name to mine and each time they said I needed different paperwork. I showed what I had to Ramesh Deonerain & Marissa Ortiz and with less than 2 hours they had my new title, new tags and all necessary paperwork completed. There are no words to thank them all enough for the fantastic job they did on the car and for me personally.

Upon entering the establishment, I initially relied on my husband to handle the conversation. However, once I engaged in a conversation with Jenn, all my worries dissipated. At first, I was not satisfied with $75 for just an oil change. Usually that charge was buried with other charges. I guess I was still thinking about decades ago. And so, I thought why should I change what has made my car run so well for so long? And then I saw a $69.95 oil change price on a TV information screen. I started this process with Greg , the owner around August 10th. By that Saturday, I was in a brand new car. Greg actually held a car for me which went well above and beyond. When I first arrived at Annapolis Nissan, within seconds Marisa greeted me with a huge smile and as soon as I walked in, the whole staff greeted me the same way.

In all my years of car shopping, Claire has been the most detailed car sales rep I have ever worked with. She was patient, courteous, and kindly walked me through all the features in my new vehicle without the feeling of being rushed or pressured. Additionally, our finance rep (unfortunately can't recall her name, but she was a caucasian female), also did a phenomenal job. She was super friendly to our son, and she explained all of the service packages in great detail. We will highly recommend our friends and family to visit Annapolis Nissan, specifically because of the excellent customer service provided by both of these ladies.

The parts department is on their A game. I had a few pictures of a connector I needed for a customers Rogue. Showed them a few pics of the connector and within a minute or 2 they had what I needed. Any time I call them they are on their A game. It's the reason we use them for any and all Nissan parts we need. You want a top notch parts department...... then you need to contact this parts department.

Rodney was great at keeping us informed on the process and explaining how the completion of the sale would go. Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. This was our first time at Annapolis Nissan as we were purchasing out of state, and we were very impressed with everyone at the deanship! I returned the following day as my son received our 2021 Rogue when we purchased our new Rogue. It needed a front License plate holder, we asked Rodney for assistance and he was so very helpful, took to the parts department, introduced us to the young man there who was extremely helpful. our whole experience was outstanding.

This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. My service was completed within the time Ms. Jennifer suggested.

Ken Miller is an excellent service rep. The dealership is fine --- even though my radio has been cutting out for hours or days since i got it in March. . I've taken it there twice already and asked them to fix it, but they say they can't find the problem.
