When I originally purchased my vehicle in Texas, I immediately ran into a warranty issue with my instrument cluster—the display began delaminating after briefly rolling my window down in the rain. I dealt with two different dealerships trying to resolve it, but never got anywhere before relocating.
After moving to the area, I found Annapolis Nissan, and the difference was night and day. Not only did they take my issue seriously, but they fully resolved it in about two months. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle to help speed up the process while waiting on parts.

I want to highlight Advisor Jennifer K in service.. She’s wonderful, always warm and inviting. I was very upset about a very bad experience I had with Mr. Tire . I was frustrated and very overwhelmed. I explained to Jen what happened. And needed Nissan to look over my car . She took care of my appointment and transportation to and from work . Showed empathy and compassion in the moment . I went in to Nissan upset , overwhelmed and a little stressed . Jen’s bubbly personality and great customer made everything better . I went to Annapolis Nissan to check out the 2025 year end clearance models. I was met at the door by a very enthusiastic salesman Mr. Ahmer Ilyas. (What a true gentleman.) He happily showed me the two cars I was interested in and went over in detail the features. He was pleasant to have on the test drive giving little personal details along the way and making sure to ask me about myself and my needs. Once I decided to move forward to discussing numbers his manager Rodney introduced himself while Ahmer made sure I knew where the rest room and waiting area for snacks and beverages were and offered to get me whatever I would like. While some people expect these things.. not all dealerships or salesmen show up in this way. I had been to a few before this and not a peep. And at least not with the energy Ahmer has to make you feel right at home. I appreciate that. Once a deal had been reached I met Jose the finance manager and Joel the director. Joel did pop in during negotiations to introduce himself and he was so very relatable as he had also experienced a similar financial situation such as myself. When I say these group of men went above and beyond to help me - it is an understatement. They patiently waited until I had Trustee approval and even allowed me to bring the car home to surprise my daughter having complete faith I would be approved. Even my daughter enjoyed Ahmer's zestful energy as she went to the dealership to have the tags put on recently. I look forward to the level of care they continue to show now that the purchase has been made. I have no doubt I'll be hearing from Ahmer as he even mentioned he would be sending a gift card for a restaurant for me and my daughter to enjoy and celebrate this purchase. Would I do business with them again - 100% and I have told my friends and family about this special group of men! Go see Ahmer - you will leave feeling like he went to work for YOU! Keep up the great customer service Annapolis Nissan!

I bought my brand new 23 Frontier from here. I love my truck and the staff. Rodney in sales helped me get a great deal. Zeek, Jen and Ken are all wonderful service writers everytime I come in for my oil changes, brake jobs, etc (its a year old with 78k miles now). Kelley and Taylor in parts are also so helpful when I need to get something whether it be my all weather floor mats or a key fob batt. Or a new rear diff (that's covered under my EXTENDED warranty, get it trust me). I've also had the pleasure of meeting the guy who usually works on my truck in the shop, Cole. Every single person I encounter at Annapolis Nissan is absolutely amazing and so helpful, that's why I will continue to purchase and drive Nissans from Annapolis. My husband wanted to go to a closer dealer that had a black Ariya, but wasn’t happy with the sales rep over the phone - just give us the price, I beg of you Cars are a huge expense and I don’t believe in giving a sale to a mediocre rep just because they’re close by. Incredibly happy with my purchase, I explain all this to Rodney and Claire. They’re eager to work with us again and negotiate so my husband can live with driving a multicolored car. Reason #3 to choose Annapolis Nissan. I tell my husband to leave the other dealership and we go back to Annapolis, buying 2 Ariyas in 2 days.

BEST experience ever when purchasing a vehicle❣️ I am a 70 year old woman never thinking I would have to purchase a car and dreaded the thought however when I called Annapolis Nissan dealership I spoke to the General Manager, Bill. Bill said they did have the vehicle I was interested in purchasing in stock and invited me to stop by when it was convenient for me. I went there asking for Bill who introduced me to Jose who assisted me. Jose was one of the salesman but also the finance guy who had just been promoted. I never felt pressured by Bill or Jose to purchase a vehicle and both were professional and truly interested in what I wanted and needed. I just purchased a used Nissan Murano from Annapolis Nissan last night. What a great experience I had working with the team over there! My salesperson, Marissa, was excellent in every way. You know that perception that you get at some dealerships where you feel as if you are being pushed to make a decision and they are trying to sell you extras? That was not at all my experience at Annapolis Nissan! Marissa listened to my needs, showed me only exactly what I asked to see, and got the purchase done quickly. I came in with a specific budget in mind but a general idea of what I wanted. They stayed in that budget and put me in to a car that hit the small things I wanted but kept me in budget. I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue through Marissa and I had the BEST experience. She was immediately responsive and was even waiting outside with the car I had initially come to test drive when I arrived. The car ended up being smaller than I had initially thought, and she immediately pivoted and started looking for things more in the range I was looking for. She pulled the Rogue I ended up purchasing, I loved it during the test drive, and she and her finance director, Chuck, did everything they could to get me the best rate with a car that will last me several years. She even cleaned my driver's license off for me because I had stained it with ink! Went to look at a used Infiniti QX80 ended up purchasing a 2020 Certified Pre-owned Armada instead. Had a lot to do with the very helpful saleswoman Claire. Let me start off by saying that buying a new vehicle is a big deal for me. I have three autoimmune diseases and one neurological disorder, and there aren't many vehicles that I am physically comfortable riding in or driving. I also do not have much patience for the entire car buying process, as my ex was a car dealership's Finance Director for many years, so I know a lot of the ins and outs of the industry.
I had to lead with the above in my review in order to convey how absolutely fantastic my recent experience with Annapolis Nissan was. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I could tell this place was different. It had a great vibe, familial in nature, and all of the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. The first employee I met was the General Sales Manager, Rodney. As soon as I explained my physical needs, as well as my financial goals, to him, he clearly indicated that he understood and promptly introduced me to my Sales Consultant, Jon, and off we all went to the lot.
The very first vehicle that Rodney chose to show me proves 100% that he was actively listening to every condition/need that I had. Imagine conveying your complex needs to a salesperson, and they actually listen the first time around! Both Rodney and Jon did an excellent job explaining the vehicle itself, and my test drive with Jon was comfortable and easy.
I knew immediately that this car, a Nissan Rogue Platinum, was the one for me! It had every modern modification and/or luxury that I personally needed in order to be more comfortable while driving, except for a chauffeur of course. The zero gravity seats alone are a game changer for both my Lupus and Rheumatoid disease. But, my many years of previous car buying experience told me not to get too excited just yet.
Turns out, I needn't have worried because Rodney had listened to me from the very beginning. There wasn't anything in the negotiations or deal that wasn't related to something I had asked for, or that I felt pushed to purchase or agree to. He not only listened, he delivered.
Next up was Financing, where I met Chuck, and I could already tell just upon meeting him that my perfect experience was going to continue. He was so personable and explained everything in easily understandable verbiage, making that part of the process another total breeze.
After that gorgeous pearl white Rogue was officially mine, Jon transferred my license plates over, helped me transfer my personal items from my trade-in to the new car, and showed me all the inner workings of my new Rogue. He was great - thorough and friendly - allowing me to drive away in it with confidence.
Annapolis Nissan has something very special going on in their dealership, and it shows. I can honestly say that there was no part of the process with them that I did not enjoy or found to be tiresome. I am looking forward to seeing how the Service side works as well once my vehicle actually needs service, but I am very confident that my interactions with them will be just as flawless. I could not be any happier with the deal, and the vehicle, that I got, and as a result, have already referred several friends of mine who are in the market for a new vehicle.

Rodney was great at keeping us informed on the process and explaining how the completion of the sale would go. Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. This was our first time at Annapolis Nissan as we were purchasing out of state, and we were very impressed with everyone at the deanship! This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. My service was completed within the time Ms. Jennifer suggested.

I purchased a car on Dec. 1, 2025, and I was promised a new owner's manual, and I have not received it. It was supposed to be mailed but never received. I went there on 12/24/25 and it was there. They wanted to give it to me via email, and I said no. Very unhappy about this experience. Rich Kemp was my salesperson, and I was not happy at all. I like the car but an owner's manual is necessary so I can understand the key features of the car. Finally received an owner's manual after writing a letter to the manager of Annapolis Nissan he called when he received the letter and ordered an owner's manual and it arrived last Friday thank you

I was faced with an inconsistent heat problem in my Nissan Altima. I called Annapolis Nissan and spoke to Jennifer Kellermann in Customer Service. Jennifer really helped me from the beginning to the end in getting this heating issue fixed. She constantly kept me updated on the heat inspection process until the problem was resolved. Rodney was great at keeping us informed on the process and explaining how the completion of the sale would go. Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. This was our first time at Annapolis Nissan as we were purchasing out of state, and we were very impressed with everyone at the deanship! I returned the following day as my son received our 2021 Rogue when we purchased our new Rogue. It needed a front License plate holder, we asked Rodney for assistance and he was so very helpful, took to the parts department, introduced us to the young man there who was extremely helpful. our whole experience was outstanding.

This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. Fast and easy. Had the car ready to go! I did all the paperwork on-line; all I had to do was come in and sign a few more pieces of paperwork. very friendly and helpful. Didn't try to sell me on any extras except the ones I wanted.

Both service writers ( Jennifer and guy with blonde hair) were excellent. Acknowledged my presence as soon as I walked in, Professional and efficient. Answered questions and explained everything in detail.
