On one occasion we were out of state and there was a tech challenge that we did not know how to solve, I sent a video to Claire who came back with the solution. I brought my used 2024 Nissan Rogue in for service and ended up leaving with a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue. Had a lot of issues with my 2024 Rogue that I had bought used a week ago from another entity. Jen (Nissan service consultant) really went to bat for me, on my behalf, as she was dealing with my warranty company to see if I could get some mechanical issues covered to which my warranty company kept on denying. Long story short, Jen recommended I talk with the sales department and see what kind of deals they could offer on a new vehicle. I was introduced to Rodney and Hudson (Nissan sales consultants) and the sales manager Jose. I can’t say enough about these guys. They were absolutely fantastic! Rich Kemp was my sales person, again. This was our second vehicle purchased at Annapolis Nissan in the last two months. Both experiences were outstanding. Rich was, again, very polite and professional throughout and he kept in communication the entire time. When we arrived at the dealership, Rich was there with the vehicle that we wanted to look at. Our experience with Annapolis Nissan was excellent and we would HIGLY recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle.
Our sales consultant was Hudson, he was excellent, attentive, not pushy at all and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the Pathfinder and all the different trim levels and explained the difference between each one, he was also able to answer all our questions and that helped us decide which trim level was best for us and our needs. Hudson was very easy to work with, and we would highly recommend contacting Hudson to make your next car purchase.
The Sales manager we worked with was Rodney and on the two days we were there he was wearing many hats, Sales Manager and Finance Manager to name a few. Rodney was very easy to work with, very attentive, friendly and not pushy at all, he made us feel like we were the only ones there buying a new car when in fact there were several deals being made at the same time. We were able to negotiate a deal on a 2025 Pathfinder Platinum and on our trade that we were very happy with. He also explained all the add-on service features, and their cost so we could decide which add-on services worked for us. The whole purchase process was quick and easy, and we highly recommend Annapolis Nissan for a great new car purchase experience!

So I recently moved back to the area and I’m at the MVA in Annapolis and I realize that I didn’t get my safety inspection prior to coming to this location to register my vehicle. I showed up at the local Nissan dealer in Annapolis expecting just to jump on in and get an inspection. I was met by Avis, the service representative, who was most cordial and asked if I had an appointment, I’m like oh no do I need an appointment for an inspection? She replied yes but it’s ok! Avis quickly took care of me and advised that it could be up to two hours, which led me to Mr. Ellis Smith, the shuttle driver who promptly said he would take me home and would happily return to pick me up when my car was ready!
Needless to say, I was completely taken off guard by all of the great customer care especially because I just showed up and then from there on was treated very nicely and professionally as a Nissan customer. I’m driving my sixth Nissan going back to my 1981 Datsun 210 and I appreciated every bit of the kid gloves! Rodney was great at keeping us informed on the process and explaining how the completion of the sale would go. Claire provided the information requested and looked for the right vehicle for us, she had Jeymi fill in for her and Jeymi was very helpful. Jose was great at explaining forms and options for added purchases. This was our first time at Annapolis Nissan as we were purchasing out of state, and we were very impressed with everyone at the deanship! I returned the following day as my son received our 2021 Rogue when we purchased our new Rogue. It needed a front License plate holder, we asked Rodney for assistance and he was so very helpful, took to the parts department, introduced us to the young man there who was extremely helpful. our whole experience was outstanding.

This was my 2nd service visit on my 2025 Nissan Platinum purchased at this dealership in April 2025. Both visits were initiated to resolve programming/software issues (a sensor replacement and a rear view camera re-programming). I also used one of my two free oil and tire rotations that came with the purchase contract. For both visits Ms. Jennifer went out her way to address my issues and concerns until they were resolved. My service was completed within the time Ms. Jennifer suggested.

Ken Miller is an excellent service rep. The dealership is fine --- even though my radio has been cutting out for hours or days since i got it in March. . I've taken it there twice already and asked them to fix it, but they say they can't find the problem.
