So I recently moved back to the area and I’m at the MVA in Annapolis and I realize that I didn’t get my safety inspection prior to coming to this location to register my vehicle. I showed up at the local Nissan dealer in Annapolis expecting just to jump on in and get an inspection. I was met by Avis, the service representative, who was most cordial and asked if I had an appointment, I’m like oh no do I need an appointment for an inspection? She replied yes but it’s ok! Avis quickly took care of me and advised that it could be up to two hours, which led me to Mr. Ellis Smith, the shuttle driver who promptly said he would take me home and would happily return to pick me up when my car was ready!
Needless to say, I was completely taken off guard by all of the great customer care especially because I just showed up and then from there on was treated very nicely and professionally as a Nissan customer. I’m driving my sixth Nissan going back to my 1981 Datsun 210 and I appreciated every bit of the kid gloves! We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%.
But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now

Every one in service has been responsive. No problems. When pandemic hit, Bayside started offering pick-up and delivery. Most recent experience was stellar. Broke my ankle last fall and was getting close to returning to normal life. Wanted my Altima checked out thoroughly, esp battery which was 6 years into 7 year warranty. Glad I asked for that. Also had messed up key fob trying to change battery. They picked bad fob, technician fixed it and I saved over $300.

I loved this dealer. Dustin was very helpful in the buying process. He even showed my 4 year old daughter the features of the car. I ended up buying a 2021 Nissan Altima SR. I will definitely be buying from them again when my 6 years of payments are over.
